Treebo Kuber Palace With Swimming Pool

Loved the place! Excellent staff, excellent location and value for money place. I loved the food too. It was quite tasty.I overall enjoyed my stay. I would definitely revisit if I plan the next time.

Hygiene could be improved further

Rooms are amazing clean and super spacious, veiw from terrace and balcony is amazing

Swimming pool was unclean, non veg food wasn't good

Parking, staffs ,location was good.

Bed,blankets not comfortable. Soup, shampoo, toothpaste.. etc not provided. Shower not working.

The place is good, amenties are ok

Restaurant service could have been better, also the renewation work on main entrance caused some disruption to our stay

It was a great stay with spacious room with all amenities.The location is good with best view of mountains and food is excellent.The staffs are helpful.

Wifi needs to be improved

The towels and bed sheets were stained. I requested for clean towels but the replacement towels were also stained.

Nothing but there is scope of improvement for cleanliness of the bathroom.TV channels not working The intercom was not working but they provided the staff numbers so not much of a problem.

Faculties were really very supportive and well communicated. The rooms and washroom are really so spacious and good.

Very Bad food quality , never recommend this hotel for fooding.as per our experience we stayed there 4 days and we consume dinner on the 2nd day and that was first and last time .even the breakfast wasn't good. you can get poha-goodupma- okaymisal paw- bad quality butter - bed quality dinner food - everything is bad

In treebo kuber place please arranged bath tub some pelle come out of satate no private swiming pool at list arranged and please provide only pure vage resturant.

Nice location , great staff behaviour and breakfast was very good.

Daily room cleaning was not done.

ambience ..clean washrooms.. clean bed ..big size rooms..

no restaurant in the hotel ...need to approach out for lunch or dinner.

Our Family trip to Mahabaleshwar right during Diwali day was made more enjoyable due to the warm welcoming staff, specially owner of the Kuber Palace is very Welcoming Personality as he really ensured all our stay very comfortable. All the support staff behaviour was very friendly which made our stay very comfortable. Breakfast, lunch and Dinner was all amazing, the cook and serving staff was also very friendly ensuring everything in time.

Nothing bad or dislikes about this place as our trip has been more comfortable and pleasant right from the arrival till departure compared to other stays we made at Mahabaleshwar.

When we got at the hotel to check-in we were told that they could not accept our booking so we were not citizens of India although at the time of booking we were not made aware of this and our booking was confirmed
